  • The rug is a completely hand-knotted rug woven in Anatolia before the 1980s.
  • It is made of wool and cotton.
  • It has also been trimmed, shaved, and washed in a modern vintage style.
  • No machine was used at any stage while weaving the rug.
  • There are 22 loops per 8 cm in width and 28 loops per 8 cm in length.
  • The weaving process took place between 4 and 6 months on average.
  • Moreover, with a technique called weft knitting, edge decorations, side ring knitting, and different techniques varying from region to region were used.
  • Since these types of carpets are woven by hand, it is impossible to find the same, but similar in color and pattern can be found.

Condition Of The Carpet:

  • The carpet has been used with extreme care and has been well preserved.
