We are a Turkish company and our headquarters is in Istanbul, Turkey. We ship our products from Turkey too.
- Are your products Turkish?
Our products are %100 Turkish. We work with the top Turkish suppliers and merchants for their specialized products.
- Where do you ship your products?
We ship our products to the USA, Canada, UK, European Union countries and Australia. You can contact with the Customer Service if you want to make sure whether we ship to the country you’re residing in.
- How long does it take for a product to reach?
In 3 to 5 business days your product will be shipped and sent to your doorstep.
- Can I make returns & take refunds?
Of course, in Loftry we support customer rights. You can return your products within three business days for an intact item. In case of any damage or missing items please contact with the customer service to choose the best option.
- Where are my products?
You can track your orders with the order ID 24/7. Just click to Track My Order section under the Customer Service section.
- How can I create an account?
You can create an account fast and easy in the “Create an Account” section of our website. You can use your Facebook or Gmail accounts to create your account too.
- Are your rugs real?
Our handmade rugs are %100 real and authentic. They are hand-woven and hand-knotted by the traditional rug makers. We ship our rugs from Turkey, where they originally are knotted/weaved.
